BBC Worldwide is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their busy team in White City to help deal with broadcast material requirements. This role requires strong organisational skills and good customer service experience, ideally gained in a media environment. You’ll deal with a range of client requirements from delivery methods to problem solving with particular focus on supporting clients’ transition to digital delivery. This role is offered as a 6 month contract.

Requirements
You’ll have experience in a customer service role and the ability to maintain the highest levels of customer service at all times and in all situations. With excellent office and organisational skills you’ll also have good attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as is the ability to deal with a range of people from clients to suppliers.
