WAVES is looking for a Entrepreneurship Technical Specialist. S/he will mentor community members, without access to financial services and business guidance, to generate economic activity through socially minded enterprises. Additionally, s/he will be in charge of WAVE community surf centre.

Qualifications:
- Strong academic history and developing world experience, with a background related to business and development planning;
- Substantial experience in:
- Living/working/visiting developing countries;
- Sales and marketing;
- Business management.
- Wordpress, adobe (creative design) suite, and computer proficient;
- Ability to work independently, being self-reliant, creative, and trustworthy;
- Ability and skill to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Proficient in English and Spanish (extra languages a big advantage);
- Passionate surfer.
