The UN Women Solomon Islands Office seek to recruit suitably qualified Solomon Islands national for the following position :-
 
National Project Coordinator (Solomon Islands) – Partners Improving Markets (PIM)
 
Under the technical guidance and supervision of the Regional WEE/PIM Programme Specialist, the PIM National Project Coordinator, will ensure that UN Women’s PIM initiatives are aligned with the National Development Strategies and contribute to the development of gender policy and National Action Plans for the economic empowerment of women in the key ministries. The PIM
National Project Coordinator will ensure that UN Women’s PIM project is harmonized effectively with the mandates and comparative advantage of donors and development partners and capable national and local civil society organisations, and contributes to a coherent national strategy and programme for Women’s Economic Empowerment.

Contract Type: Service Contract Appointment
