The Social Sciences Division is seeking to recruit an Assistant Registrar (Research) to manage the Divisional Research Team and support the Head of Division in the development of research-related policy and strategy.
You will support strategic developments and wider engagement across the research activities of the Division, which has the largest grouping of social science disciplines in the UK and features at the highest levels in international league tables. In delivering your role you will work in close collaboration with departmental colleagues within and beyond the Division. A proactive and innovative approach and the ability to handle and prioritise a complex portfolio of strategic and operational responsibilities are essential. You will have first rate communication skills.
