Lead SITS:Vision Technical Developer Student Administration, 5 Worcester Street, Oxford

Grade 9: £42,883 – £49,689 p.a. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced technical developer to contribute to student systems development within a world-class university. The University of Oxford has initiated a major programme to implement the SITS:Vision platform and deliver enhanced IT systems to support student administration (http://www.admin.ox.ac.uk/ac-div/studentsystems/). We wish to recruit one permanent Lead Developer and are looking for someone with knowledge and experience of the SITS:Vision platform. You will be responsible for leading the technical customisation of the SITS:Vision solution for the University and will have the necessary experience to lead a distributed team of developers and analysts. Reporting to the Director of the Student Systems Programme, you will plan, design and implement solutions primarily through the SITS e-Vision Web portal to serve business processes associated with the management and support of student administration. This post offers an excellent opportunity for a senior developer with proven skills in SITS development to make a significant contribution to improving IT systems supporting student administration at Oxford.
