We are looking for a strong developer in the area of Kernel, OS, Multi Processor Communication (RPC), BSP, etc.

It exposes the candidate to the cutting edge technology, key players in the wireless industry worldwide and places him or her right
in the heart of the dynamism of 3G/4G wireless deployment and the revolution in ultra-low-power, mobile/pocket table computing devices.
Close collaboration with internal terms and external OEM partners will be essential for success in this role.

Candidates must have a track record as a developer delivering complete, high-quality design and implementation and an aptitude
for driving features across divisions and groups. Technical passion, cross-group partnership skills, and aptitude for design are
the most important competencies.

The ideal candidate will have a depth of experience shipping mission critical software, passion for technology and customer,
great analytical problem solving, proven people management and technical leadership. The candidate is expected to have strong
communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation, the ability to learn quickly, and must be a self-starter. Background
working on Windows Phone Core or Windows Embedded board support package strongly desired.

Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Proven skills in product design & architecture
- Excellent C++/C# coding and debugging skills.
- Been part of multiple ship cycles
