The profile
- understands the design and communication processes;
- hands-on, extraverted professional (E/F) with a lot of common sense;
- fluent in English & French, Dutch is an asset;
- proficient in the most common office softwares.
The job
The job is an executive job.As such, you manage a wide range of administrative, sales and organisational activities among which:
- Coordination of design projects;
- Project accountancy;
- Assistance in proposal management;
- Assistance and support to the design team in the work load planning;
- Contribution to business development;
- Sales support;
- Management of your own job administration;
- Proofreading of English and French copy.

- A proactive attitude in following up on requests and deadlines;
- Courteous and reactive when dealing with clients;
