Our client is an established corporation and due to business needs, they would like to invite an experienced Recruiter to support their resourcing initiatives.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Recruitment Manager will take on the following key responsibilities:
- As a vital part of the HR team, you will be responsible for all recruitment initiatives such as resource planning, sourcing and candidate management
- Review current staffing processes & strategies and suggest positive changes
- Work closely with various department managers on their manpower requirements
- Manage all internal and external efforts such as job portals and agencies
- Support the HR team on related matters and act as the key advisor of your field
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
The successful Recruitment Manager should meet the following requirements:
- Tertiary educated in related field
- About 6-9 years of HR related experience with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Self-starter, team player, driven and resourceful personality
- Effective communication skills in English is essential
- Previous experience as Recruitment Manager/Team Leader is highly desired
