Actively manage the distributors in the territory to maximize revenue and margins and ensure financial year targets are achieved
• Establish relationships with end customers and manage key accounts
• Obtain market information regarding competitors, potential projects, pricing and other sales related issues.
• Support distributors in the preparation of technical/commercial quotes to end customers
• Perform regular visits to distributors/end customers.
• Contract management
• Ensure compliance to ITC and other regulatory requirements
• Monitor end customer satisfaction levels and ensure distributors are providing excellent service to customers.
• Plan, manage and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotional activities
• Provide monthly/weekly reports, forecasts and action plans
• Manage due diligences and credit compliance for the territory
• Liaise with Bid Management/Shared Services and respective COE’s on all sales related issues
• Assist in setting a detail strategy for the territory as well as the execution of the approved strategy.
• Ensure products are qualified at customer level

Travel• Regular travel within the territory as well as to Dubai and the COE’s.

• Masters in Electrical/Electronic degree with a MBA
Experience

• Minimum of 5 years within a major multinational or global organization in a sales position at senior level in a similar field.
Desirable
• 8 years within a major multinational or global organization managing a sales force at senior level within a similar company/product line
Languages• English written and spoken;
• Arabic desired but not essential.
