Grade 8: £37,012 - £44,166 with a discretionary range to £48,246 p.a.
We are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join the Executive Education team at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School Limited. The Saïd Business School is the UK’s number 1 provider of executive education and has been ranked number 11 globally by the Financial Times this year.
The Business Development Manager – Executive Degree Programmes, is responsible for business development and recruitment, quality assurance, and account management of corporate clients who sponsor candidates for executive qualifications or provide competitive scholarships for places. You will report directly to the Director of Executive Degree Programmes and work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to ensure that the recruitment process produces high calibre candidates who meet the University’s academic criteria for admission to postgraduate programmes for consideration by the relevant programme directors and admissions committees.
Ideally you will have a proven track record of success in a Business Development role; preferably within the business school or commercial training sectors. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and be a team player with the ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with senior clients and stakeholders in both a B2B and B2C environment. You must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of management and organisational development.
