Misean Cara supports the development work of missionaries around the world. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with 20 – 30 Misean Cara partner organisations, to develop their understanding and management of the project management cycle. A main outcome of the work will be the ability of the organisations to produce stronger projects that better reflect their development aims. This organisational strengthening work will be done through mentoring and coaching.
