Qualifications and Education:
Educated to degree level or equivalent. Business qualifications an advantage.
Experience:
8 years sales experience, of which 4 should have been spent at a senior level, within an airline or multinational travel company.
Training:
Training in account management, sales & negotiation skills, with the ability to coach, train and guide sales executives on best method.
Knowledge:
Team leadership skills, positive, energetic, dynamic, and creative.
Ability to work under pressure and to short lead times.
Self starter with strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical skills to make positive use of broad range of data and information.
Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
