The role
We are currently seeking a talented Transport Engineer to work closely with our other specialists to assist the transport business development and operation in the Philippines, supporting the Asia Pacific Division under the direction of the Divisional Transport Operations Manager – Asia Pacific.With a minimum of 6 years industry experience and you will perform the following duties and responsibilities;
- Assist in report preparation
- Assist in coordinating project team's inputs/ work schedules
- Assist in the preparation of transport design outputs
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates and project budgets
- Assist in the scheduling of resources and project work schedules
- Assist in the establishment and maintenance of systems and controls for the Transport Division operations
- Assist in technical and project management audits
- As required, prepare for and attend/ assist in meetings with client and sub consultants, a key role of which will be the taking and producing of meeting minutes
- Assist Transport Managers/ Project Manager in project opportunities in the Philippines, and coordinate with the Business Support Group on EOI/Proposal preparation and assisting in identifying required transport resources
- Perform other Transport Divisional activities as may be requested by Transport Manager, Philippines and Divisional Transport Operations Manager – Asia Pacific
Suitable applicants will have/be:
- Six (6) years industry experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Able to undertake extensive travel to other countries within the Divisional geographic footprint as required by the Divisional Transport Operations Manager – Asia Pacific.
