A non profit Brooklyn based non profit organization is seeking a fee for service (consultant) to provide individual and family psychotherapy in their out patient mental health clinic located in central Brooklyn Crown Heights. The candidate should have at least five or more years working in a clinical setting demonstrating her or his commitment to clinical work and strong interst in the community population as demonstrated by career history. The candidate should possess a history of working with individuals with chronically mental ill and co-occurring diagnosis. The candidate must have excellent clinical skills with critical thinking capacity and be knowledgable of various social service systems including but not limited to criminal justice, child protective services, foster care, and the educational system. The candidate must have excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, collaborative, written and verbal skills, plus computer literacy. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
