ROLE OUTLINE To work as part of the Project Management team acting under guidance from Project Managers in the delivery of project tasks in accordance with company procedures and gaining experience in the respective fields to develop into a competent project manager. Activities will include tender production, quality control, financial duties - including cost control, reporting, programming, Health and Safety aspects and other tasks related to the flexible delivery of the office requirements. We are looking for a keen, progressive, versatile individual who can adopt a flexible approach to their role to provide support to all teams across the office as workload dictates.  An individual who is willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is delivered correctly and accurately and on time which may include working outside of normal office hours. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Reporting to Senior Project Manager/s Delivers specific project work Responsible for maintaining computer / office/ project records Acts in support of the department / project Conducts site visits / meeting support Working as part of the office Project Management capability SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Qualified to Degree level or above Aptitude and personal organisation General knowledge of the professional area An ability to work to relevant policies and procedures Proactive to new skills learning Technical appreciation (will be developed) May be part-qualified or working towards professional qualifications Good written and verbal communication skills Flexible and versatile Take responsibility for accurate delivery of own tasks IT literate and proficient use of standard Microsoft Office software package Driving licence Previous nuclear experience would be beneficial but are not essential to the role
