Reporting to the Logistics Manager the successful incumbent will be responsible for the administration (implementation, maintenance and monitoring) of the company’s fleet management system as well as the monitoring of vehicle costs against the benchmark

Requirements:

• An accounting qualification
• Previous experience in fleet management administration essential
• Previous experience in maintaining a fleet management system
• Previous experience in vehicle costing
• Computer literate (Excel & Word - proficiency)

Key Performance Areas:

• Implementation and maintenance of the fleet management system
• Monitoring, interpretation and follow up on key fleet management data
• Monthly reporting on key fleet management data
• Addressing the needs of users of the fleet management system
• Training of users on the fleet management system and promoting the use thereof
• Monthly monitoring and analysing of and reporting on detail vehicle costing
• Administration of vehicle licences
• Administration of vehicle insurance claim
