FINCA International is looking for a Regional Project Manager (RPM) for Latin America. S/he will be reporting to the regional director of information services, Latin America. The RPM will be responsible for the planning, implementation, execution, supervision, and control of all steps of the projects designated in the region.

The RPM will be responsible for the planning, implementation, execution, supervision, and control of all steps of the projects designated in the region.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize (30%);
- Acquire and implement (25%);
- Deliver and support (25%);
- Monitor and evaluate (20%).
Qualifications:
- Active project administration certification (project management certification - PMP);
- Experience implementing IT projects;
- Over 5 years of experience in project management of technical projects;
- Over 3 years of experience with IT relate project management;
- Excellent abilities of technical writing and documentation;
- Strong problem solving and communication skills across all levels of the business;
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills of English and fluent Spanish languages;
- Excellent capacity to present and to explain the information, persuade others and promote the understanding and the consensus;
- Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment;
- Proven ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
