You will be responsible for Customer Lifecycle Management and Offline Marketing ativities for ASEAN Region, including: -
- Develop and deliver full Customer Lifecycle Management activity plan for ASEAN
- Collaborate with marketing and eComm organizations to set customer acquisitions targets and plans
- Create and execute marketing programs focused on customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders in developing and executing Territory Management for ASEAN
- Support overall strategy & execution of CRM system throughout APAC business
- Provide support to business in driving adoption of CRM tool
- Responsible to ensure alignment with the global teams and across the region on governance and strategy
- Be accountable in driving ASEAN Segmentation strategy
- Responsible for creating an end-to-end marketing plan to penetrate and grow revenues in the owned segments across APAC
- Responsible for Offline marketing activities including integrated sales and marketing programs, Advertising, events and Sales promotional activities .
- Collaborate with expertise internally & externally to promote and deliver CLM strategies in ASEAN through an efficient, cost-effective manner.
- Understand changes to the marketplace and industry, and adjust CRM/CLM plans accordingly.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong leader with in-depth and hands-on knowledge and management experience in CRM ,CLM and marketing in ASEAN experience in electronic industry will be a plus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities in both Mandarin & English
- Track record in driving customer acquisition and churn targets via CLM in ASEAN
- Experience in driving the rollout of CRM tools, in particular Salesforce.com.
- Undergraduate degree at a minimum.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with peer group and executive leadership in order to achieve goals.
