CCASA is looking to hire individuals to be part of the Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). This is an on-call position that provides 24-hour support to those who have recently experienced a sexual assault. We are looking for dynamic and flexible individuals who are able to work independently within a multi-disciplinary team.
Selected candidates will have:
- Experience working with impacts of violence
- Strong crisis intervention and assessment skills
- A strong knowledge of community resources
- The ability to build professional relationships within a multi-disciplinary team
- Feminist analysis of violence is essential
Qualifications:
Minimum of a diploma in social/human services, with two to three years of related work experience.
At this time CCASA is primarily looking for individuals who are able to be on call for overnight weekday shifts.
