Attend to customers' requests, purchases and enquires
Receive and process customer orders by email, phone or in person
Receive and direct incoming phone calls to relevant personnel
Ensure service center and its incumbents are neat and tidy
Provide quality service and timely follow-up with customers
Service & repair of Sennheiser, L-Acoustics, K-Array and 3rd party brands which
includes speaker, microphone, RF wireless system, amplifiers, etc
Liaise with factory on service matters and warranty support;
Provide recommendation and quotation for repair or parts replacement work
Manage service documentation work process
Manage shipping and delivery process of IS spare parts & repairs
Technical support on site for product setup and demo
Technical support for project installation to Project Manager
Technical field support to customers' system (One North, Esplanade,etc)
Technical support for seminars and workshops
Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills & Experience
Nitec/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Sound, Light Video/School of Audio Engineering (SAE)
At least 3-5 years of working experience in similar field
Knowledge in CAD system/tools(EASE,EASERA) preferred
Flair in speaking and writing in both English and another language
Proficient in handling technical and service issue
Good interpersonal and customer relation skills
Passion for service and customer oriented.
Self driven and well motivated team player with minimum supervision
Strong analytical skill and resourceful in problem solving
Ability to work independently
Able to take stress, multi-tasks, overseas assignments
Able to work on weekends
