The INTERREG IVB North-West Europe Programme is currently looking for a FINANCE OFFICER (on a fixed- term contract).
This is a challenging opportunity to:
- Join an international team working in the field of territorial and regional development;
- Use your excellent analytical skills.
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree in any field of relevance to the above tasks (accountancy, finance, business studies, etc.);
- Knowledge of EU law, institutions and policies, in particular the European Structural Funds financial regulations, State aid and the de minimis Regulations;
- Some experience in EU-funded projects or programmes;
- A high level of proficiency and fluency in English and at least one of another NWE programme languages (French, Dutch, German); to balance the current team, preference is expressed for candidates with strong German and/or Dutch skills;
- Good communication and drafting skills;
- Excellent computer literacy (including MS Excel).
