We currently recruiting for a Supervisor with our Permanency Program located in downtown Brooklyn office. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of social workers/case planners all of whom are assigned to case throughout NYC/Long Island. The Supervisor will be specially responsible for ensuring that required family, court and school contacts are made; managing and reviewing the timely completion of all required documentation; advising social workers/case planners regarding the families' need for service; attending treatment team meetings, Family Team Conference's; completing evaluation and disciplinary reports for staff, as necessary; completing field work and court appearances on uncovered cases as necessary.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work or related field. LMSW/LCSW a plus.
3-5 years of child welfare experience and 2 years of supervisory experience required
Familiarity with ACS, OCFS, DYCD and other relevant municipal and state agencies as well as the ability to use CONNECTIONS
24 –hour on call availability for team members, parents and children
Excellent communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
