Job Description
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of daily maintenance and shutdown maintenance activities without quality issue
- Investigate causes of equipment failures and make improvements to prevent recurrence
- Develop and execute maintenance program and modification plan
- Manage and maintain proper records & reports
- Collate information on equipment maintenance history
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with the Company safety and contamination prevention requirements
- Recommend the most cost effective procurement of parts and services
- Provide guidance to contractors to maintain a safe work record
Desired Skills & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience in chemical or petrochemical plants
- Knowledge in rotating equipment
- Understand equipment drawings of chemical or petrochemical plant.
- Competent in MS Office
- Self-motivated and possess good communication skills
- Able to perform overtime work when necessary
