About the Job:
FINCA International is looking for a Regional BCP & DR Analyst - Latin America. S/he will assist in coordinating and maintaining an organization-wide business continuity planning and recovery program, including developing recovery strategies and plans, performing business impact and risk assessments, conducting test exercises, and delivering a business continuity awareness program.

S/he will assist in coordinating and maintaining an organization-wide business continuity planning and recovery program, including developing recovery strategies and plans, performing business impact and risk assessments, conducting test exercises, and delivering a business continuity awareness program.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving the completion of business impact and risk assessments across the region;
- Coordinate and participate in the implementation of contingency strategies and document business continuity and recovery plans;
- Hands on support of DR and BC test exercises. Schedule, plan, coordinate, and execute test exercises in order to validate BC and DR plans to identify areas for improvement, lead post mortems, and remediation efforts;
- Collaborate with BCP owners to review and maintain accuracy and currency of business impact assessment, risk assessments, crisis management plans and BC plans.
Qualifications:
- Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase;
- Knowledge of current technology trends:
- Virtualization;
- Cloud computing;
- Stretch clustering.
- ITIL framework awareness;
- ABCP (desired).
