  • Project: Reforming Policy Coordination and the Centre of the Government - Third Phase.
    The overall objective is to improve policy and legislation processes and outcomes at the central level in view of EU accession.
    The purpose is to redesign the policy making structure and processes in the Government so that the policies are strategic, outcome focused, flexible, innovative and linked to strategic frames, and so that proper coordination from the Centre is ensured.
  • Duration: 440 working days
  • Education: A bachelor's degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a university or equivalent institution) in political science, public administration or similar areas. A Master in a similar area is an advantage.
  • Experience: - Preferably 8 years of working experience in management, organisation, or reform in or with public administration;
    - Minimum 5 years experience in policy and strategy formulation, including impact assessment and budgeting gained in EU Member States, candidate or potential candidate countries;
    - Minimum 5 years, preferably 10 years experience in developing procedures and methodologies for planning, monitoring and coordination of Government's and Ministries' policies.
