The Regional IT Advisor will advise and provide regional technical expertise to senior management, and will be responsible for pursuing and capturing informatics-related business development, planning, coordinating and managing major projects, activities and lead teams in implementation of specialized IT services. The position involves developing new IT programs in crowdsourcing crowd mapping and social finance; mobile platforms for nonprofits; using ICT , GIS and mobile for social development in health and education sectors; using mHealth, eHealth, BI dashboards, Android mobile; implementing all aspects of ICT policy regulations related to the provision of Cloud services.
You will demonstrate:
- Masters’ degree, preferably MBA with IT or computer science background;
- Commercial acumen and a track record of successful business development;
- Ability to identify viable commercial opportunities;
- Experience in establishing own consultancy or business preferred;
- Knowledge and experience with IT programs in crowdsourcing, crowd mapping and social finance, mobile platforms for non-profits, using ICT , GIS and mobile for social development in health and education sectors;
- Experience with using mHealth, eHealth, BI dashboards, android mobile and implementing all aspects of ICT policy regulations;
- Analytical skills required to conceptualize and manage the development of IT architectures, frameworks, strategies, and training experience;
- Excellent proposal writing skills.
