Job Summary: This position will help to grow our Air-Con business to a higher level. Be responsible for overall sales revenue & profitability, market share leadership of the product division, through leading the go to market strategy, sales management, customer strategic management, sales processes, effective budget management & product marketing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee total A/C sales in retail as well as in B2B
- Manage product portfolio to achieve profit objectives
- Liaise with project owners, architects, consultants, contractors
- To project manage from tendering process, up to installation and handover.
- Work with local sales team and key local retailers and developing joint business programs with them
- Restructure the System Aircond organization to meet division growth aspirationsDefine System Aircond channel and business development strategyWork with HQ to develop suitable SKUs for the Singapore marketWin in retail through superior merchandising and in-store presence
Desired Skills & Experience
- Possess strong technical background in Electro/Mechanical engineering
- Good business acumen and some understanding of retail sales
- At least 10 years of experience in managing B2B projects
- Good understanding of market trends in the constructions industry
