Job Description
To support specialist dealers with product information, pricing and availability for commercial quotes
• Ability to assess and select specialist dealers with the appropriate level of experience in the A/C industry in order to support sales and dealer network expansion
• Maximise sales performance by striving to ensure that sales targets are continually achieved and exceeded
• Recommend design changes for market suitability
• Business development in the commercial A/C space and channel
• Liaise with Product Manager(s), Sales Engineers, other Sales Managers & the Marketing and Sales Groups as required.
• Conduct investigations into problem equipment and provide summary, effect and recommendations.
• Demand planning for commercial air-con and releated products.
• Providing specialist product knowledge for the air-conditioner product range to the sales team in matters of product presentations and dealer training
• Perform additional tasks as and when requested or required by the Company and as instructed by your manager or delegate.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Diploma / Degree level with 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Air Conditioning
- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in training other technical staff
- Ability to decipher, download, manage and distribute technical information from international website is also essntial
