As a Project finance & infrastructure Senior Manager, you'll multi-task to manage the engagement team in an efficient manner and handle demanding clients confidently and professionally. Your main responsibilities will include:
â–º Negotiating funding with financial institution
â–º Negotiating with relevant external parties to the assignment
â–º Displaying strong presentation skills when presenting to external parties
â–º Having a current understanding of what is happening in the financial markets (e.g. economic
trends, interest rate movements etc) and in the relevant industrial sector
â–º Articulating clearly how our PF services can meet the needs of a specific client or transaction,
and sell our services
â–º Understanding the Q&RM implication on communication processes to third parties
â–º Discussing intelligently and strategically with the client key financial and commercial risk
considerations and gaining clients' trust.
â–º Keeping abreast of broader economic conditions and evaluating the impact on the
infrastructure market as it relates to specific clients or types of client.
Client responsibilities
â–º Evaluate financial information and identify factors that may impact the client
â–º Assist in deal structuring
â–º Participate in business development
â–º Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations
and discussions with clients, EY teams and other parties.
â–º Understand EY's service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients.
â–º Build strong internal relationships
People responsibilities
â–º Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff.
â–º Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff.
â–º Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training staff.
â–º Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills.
â–º Understand, follow and communicate workplace policies and procedures to all levels of staff.
