The Applicant should;
- Be a proactive team leader and manager in pursuing the overall development of Sepam in line with the company’s vision, mission, objectives, and core values.
- Take responsibility for the management and control of projects undertaken by the company.
- Work closely with the clients to ensure the completion of projects with “Unequalled Quality and Timely Service at a Competitive Price”
- Optimize the utilization of resources and the financial returns from all projects.
- Ensure that services are delivered in accordance with established performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Formulates and develops corporate strategies, objectives and business plans.
- Implements a training and development program for its key personnel.
- Provides support to the division managers.
- Develops the resource and technical capabilities of the company.
Desired Skills & Experience
The Successful Candidate will hold:
- A minimum of 10-12 + years of project Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree from a University with a preference in engineering or construction management.
- Proven Ability to manage large numbers of maintenance personnel.
- The ability to look at the project at hand from a technical viewpoint, working through conceptual development through to project realization.
- Will hold commercial vision and awareness.
- Will have the ability to view the overall project Management strategy.
