The Dell Solution Center (DSC) Solution Architect will be responsible for the Architecture, Buildout, Validation and Showcasing one or more of Dell's Horizontal or vertical/market-specific solutions related to Dell's Solution Portfolio. This is a highly technical role which requires experience in architecture, engineering and the validation of complex systems.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical expert for enterprise storage solution, based on technologies such as SAN (FC, FCOE, ISCICI), and application of them in variety of enterprise workloads.
- Works with Account teams, alliance partners to support specific Dell customer and partner engagements such as solution demonstrations, proofs-of-concept.
- Architect and build system solutions to demonstrate application of the technology to customer enterprise-wide system problems

- Engineering or equivalent technical degree
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technology and solution development and integration -- consulting, systems integration and /or product development (10+ years of experience for senior position)
- Expertise on enterprise storage SAN (iSCSI/FC), Backup, Archival, Disaster recovery solutions.
- Expertise in other core computing technologies; Virtualization Technologies, Flex computing models, Cloud computing technologies and Network systems are added advantage
- Pre-sales experience and service experiences are added advantage.
- Strong analysis and communication skills and the ability to resolve complex technical problems.
- Certified Experience in one or more of the core technologies used by the firm.
- Knowledge of Dell offerings is added advantage
- Good command of English
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts (Account Management, Deployment Team, Solutions Architect, Employees, and Vendors).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
