Sales Operations Specialist Micro Focus - Singapore


The Sales Operations Specialist position supports the Country General Manager (CGM) to facilitate generation of revenue. They form a close relationship with the field sales force and are responsible for daily support activities associated with generating revenue through the direct sales channel.

Key Responsibilities 
    • Collate sales rep’s weekly forecast submission into CGM’s forecast submission
    • Understand current quarter deals (and sales stages) and advise APJ sales management on revenue forecast
    • Understand historical pipeline yield to forecast next quarter’s revenue
    • Assist CGM to work with sales managers/representatives to qualify current and next quarter’s pipeline
    • Assist CGMs to prepare for quarterly and monthly business reviews by providing data/reports from the syste
    • Ad-hoc reporting to provide insight into the business using different views into the data
    • Become SME for sales process and tools to educate new sales reps/managers

Desired Skills & Experience

Applicants must possess the following skills & experience:
  • More than 5 years of experience in an enterprise high tech or software environment with experience in a support role for sales or related groups
  • A strong, proven, track record of customer interaction and organizational skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Computer skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills, as well as the demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
